This campervan with popular half dinette layout, started life in the UK. It was imported in 2005 and had professional fit-out by Custom RV interiors, Auckland.
We've enjoyed owning it for 9 years, love the facilities and storage, but it's time for an upgrade.
With double solar panels and gas stove it is the perfect off grid camper. It has no 220v external connection.
It does have some cosmetic blemishes (see photos) so perhaps it's best to view the camper in person before bidding. The vehicle is sold As is.
It has been well maintained and regularly serviced. For example it has had a new:
Alternator
Clutch
Starter motor
Starter battery
Injectors
Several rust repairs
Next service due 208k miles
The diesel engine has never given any problems, it just keeps chugging along!
Comes fully kitted out with plates, cutlery, etc if you would like this.
Sime quirks:
Recently the fridge door started to occasionally swing open when driving so we bunjy it shut.
Gas installation is old so doesn't meet current regulations but is still legal because of when it was done. It sometimes won't light. If a professional looks at it they will need to bring it up to current standards ($$). We just carry a spare gas cooker to use if this happens.
No green self-contained sticker as the toilet is not fixed to the vehicle.
