The original intention was a gas-free camper build, however due to health-related injuries and ongoing time constraints, I’m no longer able to complete the project. THe van can be driven on Class 1 (car) The conversion is nearly functionally complete, requiring the following: Shower, shower lining and final plumbing The completion of 240V electrical work and Electrical certification Murphy bed on winch system – lifts out of the way and folds into a wall pocket 2m interior head heigh 12V / 240V fridge (runs off 12V system) 2 × MaxxAir roof fans Removable tow hitch 4 × 110Ah AGM batteries 3 × 175W solar panels 3000W–5000W inverter/charger Brand new 240V hot water heater New 36 PSI water pump and filter Mechanical & Body Roughly painted in white RAPTOR coating to protect bodywork as the original paint was flaking New computer fitted 2 of 4 injectors replaced Runs smoothly (for a diesel) and has plenty of power and doesn't smoke Full Disclosure (Please Read) There is the occasional dash error that appears The A/C is intermittent On rare occasions the van may enter reduced power mode I use an OBD2 tool (supplied) to clear error codes when this occurs I believe this is injector related, but not sure.
